Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2, 2026

By using BestDealPlay, operated by BestDealPlay (contact@bestdealplay.com), you agree to these Terms.

What BestDealPlay is

BestDealPlay is a free price comparison tool for PC video games. We do not sell games, process payments or provide customer support for purchases. Every purchase is made directly with the store you choose.

Prices and accuracy

Prices are provided by CheapShark and the listed stores and are shown in US dollars. They can change at any time, and the final price may differ because of taxes, currency or regional pricing. Always check the price on the store's website before buying.

Affiliate links and ads

Some links may be affiliate links, and the site displays advertising. This helps keep BestDealPlay free and never changes the price you pay.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the products, availability or service of third-party stores.

Trademarks

Game titles, images and store names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
